Spiritual Life Coach

Kristin

I help Christians to more completely receive and live out the abundant life of freedom and healing that Jesus promised to us and died for us to receive.

A Letter to You

I grew up in the Evangelical Covenant Church and loved every minute of it from Sunday School and Confirmation to youth group and retreats. When I was old enough I helped in the Children's Ministry, VBS, and was on the Church Board. Since then I have had the privilege of serving a variety of church and para church organizations.

During my years of Camp Ministry, as a High and Low Ropes Course Instructor I became passionate about pouring into and encouraging every camper, pastoral leadership team, and corporate entity that I had the honor of serving. Soon after that, as Head Cook I loved encouraging and educating the Food Service Team members so that all would be equipped and feel empowered to serve in any position they chose. Today I am still passionate about encouraging, equipping, and empowering others.

In the Spring of 2008 my eyes were opened to the powerful application of Scripture in ways I had never known before as I was exposed to my first Prayer Appointment experience. Since then I've sought out various methods of Biblically based and Spirit-led ministries. After a decade of education, training, encounters with the Lord, and various positions of service, I entered into a six month Sabbatical. As that time came to a close, I sought the Lord for what to do next. His response puzzled me, primarily because it was something that I was already committed to doing and also because He repeated it several times over a seven day period. He called me into a very sacred form of serving as He strongly impressed upon me to "Love Peter" (my husband). Though perplexed by His answer, I made a greater effort to love Peter and began seeking the Lord on how to do this better.

Shortly thereafter, Peter literally died twice (according to the Oral Surgeon who had just removed my wisdom teeth) and was resuscitated both times (thank God!). That morning was definitely traumatic, as were the next 12-16 months which were filled with almost continual panic attacks. For many years our life was a living hell as we lost our health, our minds, some relationships, and our home. If it were not for the Christian camp songs of my youth buried deep within me, all of the ministry tools we were thankfully exposed to, and then a growing understanding of how to not just apply these tools but how to receive every good thing that is ours in Christ Jesus, we would not have survived.

My education and equipping quadrupled and I began to cling to every encounter that I ever had with the Word of God and the Holy Spirit who manifests our Emmanuel. We are commanded to worship in Spirit and in truth (John 4:24), turns out, that's also the "secret sauce" to life in Christ, or life at all in my case.

Now our days have peace and joy, fruitfulness and hope, we have our minds back, loving kindness abounds, and we have overcome in the name of the One who saves. Salvation isn't just for when your physical body dies, it is for here, now, today. If you need a measure of salvation in your situation, in your relationships, in your mind, or in your life – please consider reaching out to see if I can be of help to you.

Peace is ours in Christ Jesus,
~Kristi

A Special Heart for Shepherds

As a former Associate Pastor and Pastor's wife I am passionate about serving Shepherds and their spouses. I am familiar with what it takes and the toll it can sometimes take on a person and a family when you are called to serve others in these capacities. If you or your spouse are in a leadership role of any kind, I look forward furthering your self-care education and encounter experiences so that you will be equipped, empowered, and encouraged.

I also ascribe to the notion that, as Christians, we are all called to live in such a way that we re-present Jesus to others and that they will know us by our love (John 13:35). So, no matter where you are at in your journey with God, yourself, and others - I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help equip and encourage you!

What Clients Are Saying

"Kristi's deep connection to the Holy Spirit is reflected in her words, wisdom, and prayers. Many times she has initiated prayer for me and was used as a mouthpiece for God to tell me what I needed to hear. She has been a blessing and encouragement to me and other pastors that I know. Anyone would be fortunate to receive her guidance."
